AGM 2018 and Workshop

The AGM will be held before the workshop. As last year, the information concerning the business part of the meeting will be sent to all members so that the time taken to go through the formalities is kept to a minimum. The workshop involves making a hedgehog using the 'book art' technique. Would everyone taking part please bring a paperback book which has more than 180 pages. Flowers for Cutting

Christine Davies  - Christine and her husband have created a garden in 1.3 acres of countryside at the heart of the Wirral Peninsula. The garden is divided into a number of separate areas with their own character. Chris will bring flowers and foliage that have been grown in her garden to feature in her talk.

Visit to Ted Brabin's Garden at Puddington, Neston, on the Wirral   We have arranged an afternoon visit to Ted and Angela Brabin's garden, 'Rosewood' at Puddington, Neston (CH64 5SP), on the Wirral on 30th April at 1:30 pm. This is a day trip to Ashwood Nurseries, near Wolverhampton, calling at Dobbies, Shrewsbury, on the return journey. We plan to leave Frodsham Community Centre at 9am and travel by Selwyn's coach to Ashwood Nurseries, hoping to arrive at 11am. The National Collection of Orchids at the Zoo, contains 400 different species made up of more than 2400 exotic plants.
